Terms of use

Pre-beta notice: binding Terms of Service are still being drafted and require approval before opening registration to the public. These notes do not form the final contract.

What Kotiya currently does

Kotiya helps users organise clients, quotes, invoices, jobs, receipts and manually recorded payments. It does not currently send emails on your behalf, verify bank payments, provide regulated financial services or collect online card payments.

Financial records

Users must review invoice details, payment records, tax treatment and suggested receipt information before relying on them. Recorded payments are user-entered and are not automatically verified against a bank.

Sharing documents

A valid private link can be opened by anyone who receives it until expiry or revocation. Take care when sharing documents containing personal or business data.

Before public beta

Final terms need the contracting entity, service description, eligibility, acceptable use, account suspension, payments and pricing (if any), ownership, liability, dispute handling, cancellation, changes and applicable law.
