Information handled by Kotiya

Kotiya's current workflows can hold account information, business and client contact details, invoices, quotes, jobs, expense records and uploaded receipts. Shared document links are private tokens, not public search listings. Link-opening activity may be recorded.

Document access

People who have a valid document link can access that document while the link remains valid. Share links carefully. Opening activity does not establish the identity of a reader.

Automated receipt suggestions

If optional receipt scanning is enabled, receipt images may be processed by an external document-reading provider to suggest fields. Suggestions require review and are not automatically accepted as accounting records.

Before public beta

The final notice must identify the legal operator and privacy contact, purposes and lawful bases, processors, international transfers, retention periods, data-subject rights, complaint routes and the actual cookie/storage technologies used.
